The Austin Powder company fire department in Austria, with 9 participants, competed in this year’s area performance competition in Bischoffeld to qualify for the regional competition. With this application, our group showed up in top form and reached the category Silver B, winning victory of the ranges Judenburg and Murau and could thus take along a cup.
Now nothing stands in the way of the start of the regional performance competition, which takes place in Bad Gleichenberg on June 25. Many hours were spent diligently training to achieve this excellent result. After passing the regional performance test, the bronze and silver badges will be awarded. These badges are a prerequisite to attend courses at the fire academy in Lebring and thus ensure the complete training of our troops.
