Since 2012, Austin Detonator s.r.o. has collected discharged accumulators and batteries. There are four collection points where employees can drop off batteries, bottle caps, and small electronics. In 2021 alone, a total of 106 kg of discharged batteries were processed, separated by the element, and used to make new products, including new batteries.
