The meeting was held at the Vinton County Community Building at 31935 State Route 93, McArthur, OH 45651 and was also webcast. The meeting was conducted pursuant to Rule 3745-104-51(B) of the Ohio Administrative Code to provide the information required in Rule 3745-104-16(B) of the Ohio Administrative Code.
