Lamar Duhon brings extensive leadership experience in the industrial and energy sectors, with a strong track record of driving commercial growth and operational excellence. Prior to joining Austin Powder, he served as President of the Flowserve Pumps Division and previously led Aftermarket Services & Solutions at Flowserve. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Halliburton and Baker Hughes. Lamar is also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, serving six years and achieving the rank of Sergeant. He holds an MBA from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University.

His comprehensive background spans finance, tax, IT, HR, operations, legal, trade compliance, and international business.

Mark Dawson brings more than 28 years of global leadership experience in the energy and services sector, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Halliburton’s Completion and Production Division and a member of its Executive Committee. Throughout his career, he has built deep expertise in commercial leadership, product development, technology innovation, and business strategy. Mark is recognized for developing high-performing teams and future leaders, supported by extensive international experience across North America, Europe, and Asia.
