Austin's San Julian Mine Crew in Mexico Completes 5 Years of Service Without Accidents

6/7/2022

Our Austin Family in Mexico recently celebrated five years of service at a mine project in San Julian! This is an extra special celebration because those five years have been completed without accidents!

Our team of 29 experts provides knowledge and experience on-site. Their excellent work shines through because of their love for mining, daily work, and our business.

The San Julian mine team started in March 2017 as a small group of Austin family members with mining experience. The team grew to greatness in size and reputation, willing to complete the most significant challenges of the underground terrain. Today, this Austin crew dominates the underground terrain, and the united forces have made San Julian one of the best projects for Austin Powder Mexico.

The project included constructing two plants. The first plant is a Dynamic Leaching Plant to treat ore from the veins. The second plant is a Flotation Plant that can process 7,000 tons of ore from the disseminated ore body per day. The latter has already passed to phase two and has become an internationally renowned silver and gold mine.

Congratulations to the entire site for these significant achievements and for making safety your first priority!
