Austin Powder has partnered with a digital imaging research group at a prestigious university on a three-phase, multiyear imagery study to better understand the origin and concentration of NOx in post-blast fumes.
“This project is focused on developing technology to ensure that Austin Powder is safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible. When released, this advanced blast analysis capability will allow Austin Powder to quantify fume composition and take steps towards minimizing NOx release in subsequent blasts,” explains Dr. Martin Held, Global Director of Emulsions. “Thank you to all of our Austin Family who are contributing to this project.
