Austin Powder Company will hold a public meeting to provide information on the accidental release of nitrogen oxide (NOx) from its Red Diamond facility that occurred on June 11, 2025.
The meeting is being held on Friday, September 5, 2025, at noon ET at the Vinton County Community Building at 31935 State Route 93, McArthur, OH 45651. It will also be available as a webcast at This Link.

The public meeting is being held pursuant to Rule 3745-104-51(B) of the Ohio Administrative Code to provide the information required in Rule 3745-104-16(B) of the Ohio Administrative Code.
