External Reporting Channel
Whistleblowing Channel – Austin Powder Service CZ s.r.o.
Our priority is to maintain an ethical workplace, mutual respect, and a safe working environment. If you have experienced, witnessed, or suspect any unethical, inappropriate, or unlawful conduct within our company, please use the confidential Integrity Counts reporting system. The system is available to both employees and external partners and allows reports to be submitted online or by telephone.
What Should Be Reported?
Austin Powder uses this reporting channel for concerns related to suspected violations of:
- Laws and regulations
- The Code of Conduct and company policies
- Corruption and bribery
- Conflicts of interest
- Harassment or discrimination
- Data privacy and personal data protection requirements
- Other serious unethical or unlawful conduct
Protection of Reporting Persons
All reports are received and reviewed by authorized personnel. The Company does not tolerate retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports suspected unethical or unlawful conduct. The confidentiality of all reports is protected in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
How to Submit a Report
- Provide truthful and accurate information.
- Describe the situation in as much detail as possible.
- Attach any relevant documents or evidence whenever available.
Stay in Contact
After submitting a report, please securely save your case key and login credentials. This will allow you to track the status of your report, provide additional information, and communicate with the individuals responsible for handling your case.

How to Submit a Report
- Open the website: https://www.integritycounts.ca/org/austinpowder
- Select “File a Report.”
- Choose the location (enter Austin Powder Service CZ s.r.o. or Vsetín in the search field and select the appropriate site), the relevant department, and your preferred level of anonymity.
- Complete the form and describe the situation in as much detail as possible. Include all known information, particularly the individuals involved, the location, the date and time, and any other relevant circumstances.
- If you have any supporting documents, photographs, or other evidence, attach them to your report.
- Provide only truthful and accurate information.
Recommendation: After submitting your report, securely save your Case Number and access credentials. Without them, it will not be possible to locate or track an anonymous report at a later date.
How to Track the Status of a Submitted Report
After a report has been submitted, the system will generate a unique Case Number and access credentials.
To view the status of your report:
- Open the Integrity Counts website.
- Click “Review Your Report.”
- Enter the generated access credentials (username and password).
- Change your password. The password must contain (at least 12 characters, at least one lowercase and uppercase letter, one number, one special character) – save your new password
- Once logged in, you can access your case and monitor the progress of your report, provide additional information and view new messages related to your case.
How to Call the Hotline
- On the home page, select “Call the Hotline.”
- Select your country or use the toll-free number 800 144 056.
- For the Czech Republic, press 5.
- The operator will document your report and enter it into the Integrity Counts system.
Before making a report by telephone, it is helpful to have the following information ready:
- a brief description of the situation,
- the date and location of the incident,
- the names of the individuals involved (if known),
- any available supporting documents or evidence.
External Reporting Channel
Reporters may also submit reports through the external reporting system administered by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic. Detailed information on the reporting process and access to the reporting form can be found at:
