External Reporting Channel

Whistleblowing Channel – Austin Detonator s.r.o.

Do you suspect unethical behavior in our organization or want to send us any feedback? Use our whistleblowing channel.
Our company values ethical behavior and mutual respect. In case you witness unethical behavior that is difficult to discuss personally, we have established a whistleblowing channel. Through this channel, you can safely send cases of illegal or unethical behavior, improvement suggestions, questions, or any feedback.
All cases are handled by designated persons in our organization. Information sent through the whistleblowing channel is completely secure and there is no risk of retaliation.

How to send a case correctly?

  •     Always send true information
  •     Be as specific as possible – describe the situation and individuals involved in detail

Stay in touch

We would be happy if you stay in touch with us. We may ask for more information and also inform you of the resolution of your case. So, safely save the key to your case, which will be displayed after sending the case. You can return to the case at any time with this key.

How to Submit a Report

  1. Click the button: + Create report
  2. In the initial section, select the category the report relates to (e.g. damage to property).
  3. Then choose the organization the report concerns.
  4. You can either write your report or record it as a voice message (your voice will be anonymized). If you want to record a voice message, click the Record voice message button. You can replay, delete, and re-record your message. If necessary, upload attachments as well.
  5. After submitting the report, copy or download and securely store your key. You will need this key to continue communicating with your organization.

Follow-up Communication

  1. On the homepage of the whistleblowing platform, click Check report and enter your key. You will see the status of your report and can continue communicating with your organization.
  2. At the top, you will see a summary of your report.
  3. In the Messages section, you can continue the communication.

External Reporting Channel

The whistleblower also has the right to submit a report through the external reporting system of the Ministry of Justice.
