Although there is a high demand for labor in general, Austin Detonator s.r.o. as one of the most significant employers in the Vsetín region is still succeeding in hiring new workers. Every day, 1 017 employees go through the company’s gates. 85 % of them work in production. Women constitute 70 % of workers in the whole company.
In the first three months of the year, the company hired 62 new employees. This figure represents the number of employees we hired within the whole past year. In the first quarter, the company sold products worth 0.5 billion Czech crowns and elemented for 24% more electric detonators than in the last year.
We are a traditional manufacturer of initiation systems for industrial blasting operations and an important technological and research base for production and further development of initiation systems.
